Tebcal Cleaning
When you hire our services,
You accept our terms and conditions

1. Services and Payments

1.1. Scope of Services
The services to be provided are based on the service type selected by the Client and the time booked. Tebcal Cleaning provides professional cleaning services on a time-based basis, unless otherwise stated in writing.

1.2. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued after each cleaning session and must be paid virtually within the specified timeframe. Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of future services.

1.3. Pricing and Adjustments
All quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided by the Client. Tebcal Cleaning reserves the right to reassess pricing if the property condition, size, or requested tasks differ materially from what was initially disclosed.

2. Hourly Services & Client Acknowledgment

2.1. Time-Based Service Disclaimer
For services booked by the hour, the Client acknowledges and agrees that Tebcal Cleaning does not guarantee completion of the entire property or all requested tasks within the booked time.

Cleaning services are performed up to the total number of hours purchased, and work will stop once the contracted time has elapsed, regardless of whether all areas have been completed.

2.2. Property Condition
If a property is excessively dirty, neglected, or requires deep cleaning beyond standard maintenance, the Client accepts that:

– Only the areas completed within the booked time will be serviced.
– No refunds, discounts, or extensions will be granted due to time limitations.
– Additional time must be booked separately if further cleaning is desired.

By booking an hourly service, the Client explicitly accepts the results achieved within the contracted time.

3. Cancellations and Re-Scheduling

3.1. Client Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.

3.2. Company Re-Scheduling
If Tebcal Cleaning needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be notified promptly and alternative dates will be offered.

4. Access to Property

4.1. Access Arrangements
Clients must ensure safe and timely access via key, lockbox, or door code. Failure to provide access will result in a lockout fee and the full service fee may apply.

4.2. Alarm Systems
Clients are responsible for providing correct alarm instructions. Tebcal Cleaning is not liable for false alarms or related charges.

5. Equipment and Supplies

5.1. Cleaning Materials
Tebcal Cleaning provides standard cleaning supplies unless otherwise agreed.

5.2. Client Equipment
If Client equipment is used, it must be safe and fully operational. Tebcal Cleaning is not liable for damages arising from faulty or unfamiliar equipment.

6. Checklists and Priorities

6.1. Priority Lists
Clients may provide a checklist or priority list. Such lists serve as guidance only and do not alter the time-based nature of the service.

7. Refunds and Satisfaction Policy

7.1. No Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. If the Client is dissatisfied, Tebcal Cleaning must be notified within 24 hours for review.

7.2. No-Show Policy
A full refund will be issued if a cleaner fails to attend a confirmed appointment.

8. Liability

8.1. Delays
Tebcal Cleaning is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond its control.

8.2. Property Condition
The company is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile items, or lack of utilities.

9. Supplementary Conditions

Time Estimates: All time estimates are approximations

Heavily Soiled Properties: May require significantly more time

Fragile Items: Must be secured

Bed Making: Only upon request

10. Children and Pets

Children must be supervised. Aggressive pets must be secured. Cleaners may leave if safety is compromised, and the full fee will still apply.

11. Photo Policy

Photos may be taken for internal quality control and documentation purposes only.

12. Final Terms

Tebcal Cleaning reserves the right to amend these terms with notice. These terms constitute a binding agreement upon booking.

By accepting the provision of the service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all the conditions outlined above.
