Tebcal Impact is an initiative designed to incubate, accelerate, and digitalize productive, cultural, and agricultural projects from vulnerable communities—including victims of conflict, migrants, youth, and smallholder farmers—and connect them with the global market. It is a space where art, entrepreneurship, and sustainability intersect.
Origin
Tebcal Impact was born from my personal experience as an artist working with communities, where I identified a strong need for entrepreneurial education in vulnerable, rural, and underserved sectors. Combined with my professional knowledge of global marketing and consultancy, I envisioned a model that empowers communities while connecting them to broader markets.
The Project
The project aims to act as a consultancy, guide, and incubator for ventures from vulnerable communities. We provide training, mentorship, and practical support to help these projects reach wider markets.
By creating partnerships with larger companies, we open opportunities for investment, collaboration, and sustainable growth.

Tebcal Impact emerged from the need to help Colombian farmers and conflict victims leave war zones, reduce the influence of “red zones,” and offer more opportunities to young people.
We envision Tebcal Impact as a kind of gallery for small entrepreneurs, where their projects can be discovered by larger businesses, attracting investments, partnerships, and market visibility.
Through this approach, we aim to generate meaningful social and economic impact, while promoting innovation, creativity, and resilience in communities that need it the most.
